	Speaker: Thomas Becker, Ph.D., Senior Software Engineer, Zephyr Associates What You Will Learn: This session will focus on two recent mathematical developments in mean-variance optimization (MVO). The first one is the new Zephyr confidence graph that now accompanies the efficient frontier in AllocationADVISOR. The second is a generalization of classical MVO, where standard deviation and expected return are replaced with different measures of risk and return, respectively. Special attention will be given to the omega measure in relation to MVO.
