Where do I find PowerPRESENTER?

To have access to PowerPresenter you must have StyleADVISOR version 6.41 or later and a special license file. To determine if you have PowerPresenter open a workbook and click on Tools; if Export to PowerPoint appears then you are ready to go. If the Export to PowerPoint does not exist, go to Help/About StyleADVISOR and check the version you have. If you have version 6.4 or earlier run the software upgrade link to upgrade. Once you have determined that you have version 6.41 or later email support@styleadvisor.com to request the license file needed for PowerPRESENTER.

How can I export a whole workbook to PowerPoint quickly?

To export an entire workbook to PowerPoint in one step open the workbook you wish to export, and then click Tools/Export to PowerPoint/Export Current Workbook… This will open a dialogue box that offers two methods for exporting. The default export option is New Presentation; this option will open PowerPoint and export the workbook to a blank presentation. The Active Presentation option will export the workbook to the active PowerPoint presentation. Each page in the workbook will get its own slide.
